Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the arrival date, we must first re-rent the unit to another party before any refund will be made. If we are able to re-rent, we will then refund your money, less the $25 processing fee. No refunds for early departure. Do I need to bring sheets for the bed and towels for the bath?
No, we supply sheets, towels, washclothes and soap. This is a departure from past requirements.
Is there a coffee pot and coffee grinder?
You bet! This is the Great Northwest, after all!
Is Wi-Fi Internet Access Available?
Yes, complimentary broadband Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
Is there a TV and DVD player?
There is a flat screen TV with integral DVD player in The Lighthouse (not in the Studio - the view is better than TV).
Is the kitchen stocked with pots and pans, etc.?
Yes - there is a toaster, microwave and stove, along with plenty of pots and pans, utensils, etc.
Heat?
There are wall heaters in both units. Additionally, the Studio will have a propane stove for ambiance.
